Role:

Seeking a skilled Metal Fabricator to join our growing production team. This position is ideal for a mid-level operator who can independently set up, program, and operate press brake equipment while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Set up, program, and operate CNC and/or hydraulic press brakes to form metal parts to specification.
• Read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and work instructions.
• Select appropriate tooling, calculate bend allowances, and verify first-article accuracy.
• Perform in-process and final inspections using precision measuring tools.
• Troubleshoot setup, tooling, or quality issues and make adjustments as needed.
• Safely load and unload materials using proper lifting techniques or material-handling equipment.
• Maintain production efficiency while meeting quality and delivery requirements.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Collaborate with supervisors, engineers, and team members to meet production goals.
• Assist with training or mentoring entry-level operators, as needed.
• Run other shop equipment as needed to support operations. What We're Looking For 3+ years of press brake operation experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
• Strong ability to read blueprints and understand basic GD&T.
• Proficiency using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and tape measures.
• Solid math skills, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving ability.
• Dependable and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
• High school diploma or GED required; technical training or certifications are a plus. Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to regularly lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment. Pay & Benefits Hourly wage: $25.00-$30.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
