Full Job Description Description of Responsibilities:
Competencies Perform all testing for the QC Thermal Lab and record test data in database. Prepare/update inspection reports required by specific customers for physical and thermal properties. Coordinate internal and external calibration services for all assets, maintain the eMaint calibration system and all calibration records and labeling for assets. Perform Gage R&R studies for calibrated devices. Daily walkthroughs of production processes to assist with any Quality issues. Provide secondary support for programing and operating optical vision system. Assist with new product development trials. Assist with production of samples and prototypes as needed for new product introductions. Assist with customer complaint investigation and writing customer complaint answers. Assist with select GraFoil® lab testing when needed. Assist with inspection of die cut parts and samples, as needed. Provide hands on support for engineering trials, yield studies, new product introductions and process improvements. Participate in Kaizen events for process improvements throughout the plant.
