Job Description

PROMAN Staffing has partnered with a well-known manufacturer of relays and contactors in Mansfield, OH. We are now hiring Solderers/Testers who are team players, versatile, and dependable!
Tester Job Summary Pay Rate:
$20.90/hr (includes 10% shift differential)
Shift:
3rd Shift, Monday-Friday (9:30 PM - 6:00 AM)
Training Requirement:
Must train on 1st shift (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM) for 90-100 days before moving to 3rd shift Assemble, solder, and test electrical components Perform operational and diagnostic testing on units Read blueprints and follow detailed test procedures Tester Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Experience with soldering, testing, or electronics preferred Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics Comfortable using hand tools, gauges, and measuring instruments Strong attention to detail and quality standards Ability to work in a team-oriented environment Why PROMAN Staffing?
