In this role, you will be responsible for using specialized software and equipment for weighing, sampling and grading inbound and outbound grain trucks, while providing great customer service to customers. Outdoor work will also be required in order to maintain the facility scale areas, pits and grounds. On the job training. Duties Accurately weigh incoming and outgoing shipments using scales, ensuring proper documentation through data entry . Perform data entry accurately using specializes inventory management software and Microsoft Office tools. Sort and classify incoming paperwork, invoices, and correspondence. Maintain a clean, organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols. Excellent customer service skills as well as effectively communicate with and support team members. Responsible for the outdoor upkeep of facility areas and communicating any maintenance needs.
