PRINCIPLE AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
In-Process Inspection, Receiving InspectionHOURS OF WORK
Monday - Friday, 11am-7pmESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Receiving to the AQL 6.5 Sampling Plan.
- Receiving inspection for outside vendors; dimensional checks, reviewing vendor documents to ensure accurate information, such as Bill of Ladings, steel certs, process certs
- Inspection data entry into Infinity QS.
- Perform Roaming Inspection on Production Floor
- Support lab requirements on an as needed basis
- Blueprint reading and interpretation of basic GD & T symbols
- Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures
- Maintain and clean equipment before and after each shift
Requirements Position Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels
- Overtime support as needed in all areas of the department
- Must be able to lift to 50lbs.
- Strong attention to detailed paperwork/routers
- Must be a motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Must be able to effectively prioritize work and multitask as needed
- Must have a reliable attendance history and good work performance history
- Ability to maintain a high energy level
