Associate Quality Assurance Location:
New Albany, Ohio (On-site)
Job Summary:
We are seeking detail-oriented professionals to support daily production activities and advance quality assurance projects within this organization. Our team values commitment to compliance, collaboration, and operational excellence for commercial production environments.
Responsibilities:
Provide daily guidance and support to production staff regarding compliance with Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions. Ensure regular presence in device assembly and packaging areas to monitor GMP operations and quality systems. Review and approve batch production records, GMP documentation, and finished product checks during commercial production runs. Own, review, and approve controlled documents including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions, Forms, Deviation, CAPA, and Change Control records.
Required:
High school diploma/GED and 2 years work experience, or Associate's degree and 6 months work experience, or Bachelor's degree. GMP experience or exposure is mandatory. Strong attention to detail with proven ability to manage batch records and documentation accurately. Team-oriented approach with effective communication skills in production environments.
