Job Description
Quality Technician:
Complete Receiving Inspection per Work Instructions. Test realization of pellet specific gravity Tests realization of Melt flow rate Prepare material test reports Assurance the Check Fixture Usage Maintain Calibrations per QSI Calibration database. Provide maintenance to Check fixture devices Perform of Scrap Entry-Reporting Complete testing per Work Instructions. Completes forms, recording, evaluating and reporting quality and reliability data. Assist in training new operators to WI's and customer specification requirements. Overtime is sometimes required which may include weekends. Adhere toISO 14001
