Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a meticulous and energetic Quality Inspector to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet stringent quality standards and comply with industry regulations. Your keen eye for detail and commitment to excellence will help uphold our reputation for delivering top-quality products to our customers. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and maintain the integrity of our manufacturing processes. Duties Conduct thorough quality inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and vision inspection systems. Utilize advanced quality management systems, including
ISO 9001
to document inspection results accurately and maintain comprehensive quality records. Perform calibration and maintenance checks on measurement tools like coordinate measuring machines (CMM) and other precision instruments to ensure measurement accuracy. Collaborate with production teams to identify root causes of quality issues, analyze data collected during inspections, and recommend corrective actions. Support the implementation of quality assurance procedures by participating in process reviews and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Skills Experience operating coordinate measuring machines (CMM), vision inspection systems, calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments. Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret data accurately for quality assessment purposes. Knowledge of manufacturing processes combined with a solid foundation in quality control and quality assurance practices. Ability to perform detailed inspections using various measurement tools while maintaining high accuracy levels. Effective communication skills for documenting findings clearly and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
