2nd Shift (6:00 PM) Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented CMM Programmer / Operator to support quality assurance and inspection activities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for verifying product quality, developing and executing CMM programs, maintaining inspection data, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate has hands-on CMM programming experience and thrives in a production-driven setting.Required Skills & Qualifications Must-Have Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with CMM operation and/or scanning/programming Experience creating and executing measurement programs using PC-DMIS and PolyWorks Background in quality control, inspection, or manufacturing-related roles Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Familiarity with plant tools, gauges, and inspection equipment Ability to handle physical workload in a manufacturing environment Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-focused setting Key Responsibilities Verify quality of products throughout the manufacturing process Measure parts to validate product conformance to specifications Create, execute, and modify CMM measurement programs using PC-DMIS and PolyWorks Perform scanning and inspection programming as required Create and maintain inspection reports using PC-DMIS, PolyWorks, Excel, and Microsoft Word Maintain Web Reporter database and complete monthly inspection schedules Assist in containment and disposition of suspect or nonconforming material Conduct internal audits and routine visual inspections Identify, troubleshoot, and report equipment or measurement issues Communicate inspection results and product status with Engineers and Management Calibrate and repair gauges and maintain the Gauge Calibration Schedule Support continuous improvement of quality control procedures Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Assist with coordination of plant operational activities as needed Benefits 401(k) with company match Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off (PTO) INDQSS3Similar remote jobs
