Hudson, OH Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Perform quality inspections, testing, and audits to ensure compliance with standards and customer requirements Operate inspection and measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, gages, comparators, hardness testers, and torque/tension machines Read and interpret company and customer drawings, specifications, and standards Collect, analyze, and summarize quality and production data to prepare reports and documentation Support production by performing inspections and testing as needed Collaborate with other departments to meet business needs Participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement efforts Follow all work instructions, safety guidelines, and company policies Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Schedule:

Weekend Shift (2nd Shift): Friday•Sunday 6:00pm•6:00am

Compensation:

$24.00•$28.00 per hour (Paid Weekly)

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent Basic math skills Experience with measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gages) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to work in a manufacturing and office environment

Preferred Skills:
