Job Description
Overview Structure Personnel is assisting our Client in finding a very detail oriented person to join their quality assurance team as a QC Inspector at their Sharon Center facility, working on the first shift. This role offers an exciting opportunity to ensure that their products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. As a QC Inspector, you will play a vital part in maintaining our commitment to excellence by inspecting, measuring, and verifying components and finished goods. Your keen eye for detail and dedication to quality will help uphold our reputation for manufacturing superior products that meet rigorous industry standards. This is a first shift position starting at $16.00 an hour. The shift time is 6:00am to 2:30pm. Responsibilities Conduct detailed inspections of parts and assemblies using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and coordinate measuring machines (CMMs). Perform dimensional measurements and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) analysis to verify product specifications align with engineering drawings and blueprints. Utilize vision inspection systems and other advanced quality control tools to identify defects or inconsistencies in manufactured items.
