Quality Control Technician

Quality Technician Walton Hills, OH We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Technician to inspect plastic sheets, perform measurements, and conduct quality testing in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include documenting inspection results, collecting product samples, tracking inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. Candidates should have previous manufacturing or warehouse experience and be comfortable using measuring tools and performing basic math.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect plastic sheets for quality and surface defects Measure dimensions using micrometers and tape measures Perform color verification and shrinkage testing Document inspection results and maintain accurate records Count and track inventory of plastic sheets Assist with cleaning, organization, and maintaining a safe work area Collect product samples from production lines Cross-train in production processes to support team operations Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience required Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math calculations Forklift experience required; certification is a plus Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills Ability to lift and handle samples up to 20 lbs.
