As a Quality Inspector , you'll be a key player ensuring that mission‑critical components for aerospace, automotive, and advanced manufacturing customers meet the highest standards. You'll work hands‑on with precision tools—including CMM—and collaborate closely with Operations to deliver products that perform flawlessly in the field. What You'll Do Partner with Operations to ensure every part meets internal, customer, and industry quality standards. Inspect aerospace and automotive machined components for dimensional accuracy and compliance. Operate CMM equipment and other advanced measurement tools to support customer‑driven requirements. Use calipers, gauges, and other precision instruments to perform detailed inspections. Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and engineering documentation with confidence. Support First Article Inspection (FAI) processes, documentation, and reporting. Contribute to continuous improvement and assist with additional quality‑related tasks as needed. What You Bring At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing quality or inspection role. Strong proficiency with Excel and database tools. Clear, professional communication skills—written and verbal. Solid understanding of manufacturing quality standards and inspection practices. Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and engineering specifications. Experience using analytical tools such as spreadsheets and database systems. Physical & Additional Requirements Ability to move throughout the facility, including stairs. Capability to lift up to 40 lbs . Strong visual acuity for reviewing engineering and customer specifications. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members in person and by phone. Day Shift:

Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM (occasional Saturdays during peak demand).

Evening Shift:

4:30 PM-1:00 AM with a $2/hr shift differential . Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Claremore, OK. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
