Journeyman Plumber AndPro Plumbing & Drain Job Overview AndPro Plumbing & Drain is seeking a skilled and licensed Journeyman Plumber to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is dependable, experienced, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team on residential and commercial plumbing projects. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems while delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service. We are a training-focused company with an active trade program, and we are looking for Journeyman Plumbers who are willing to mentor and help develop the next generation of plumbers. Key Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and appliances Assemble and install piping systems using hand and power tools Diagnose plumbing issues and perform necessary repairs efficiently Provide accurate estimates and present multiple solutions to customers based on their needs and budget Clearly communicate with customers about their plumbing systems, issues, and recommended work Conduct system inspections to identify problems and ensure code compliance Collaborate with other trades and team members to complete projects on schedule Participate in a rotating on-call schedule as needed Follow all safety standards, company policies, and industry best practices Qualifications Valid Journeyman Plumber license (required) Proven experience in residential and/or commercial plumbing Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and installation methods Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings (preferred) Valid driver's license and clean driving record (preferred) Must be able to pass a background check Skills & Abilities Proficient in using hand tools and power tools Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to estimate jobs and offer multiple solution options Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused mindset Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work well with others Willingness to train and mentor apprentices as part of our trade program Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Ability to work safely in construction and service environments Why Join AndPro Plumbing & Drain?
