Hadco Metal , a widely recognized distributor of semi-finished metals and engineered plastics, best known for our impressive inventory of 20,000+ products, is seeking a Quality Inspector for our booming Claremore location.
Position Summary:
The Quality Final Inspector will be responsible for examining finished products to ensure they meet exact specifications and quality standards before being shipped. They must be highly confident in their math and measuring capabilities (including fractions and decimals) and proficient with using micrometers/calipers and other measuring tools, and also be incredibly detail-oriented, accurate, and precise when documenting and entering data and other information into the company's ERP system.

The Company:
Hadco Metal Trading Co., LLC distributes and supplies metal products including aluminum, stainless steel, carbon, related alloys, and mechanical-grade plastics for the Aerospace, Oil & Gas, and Heavy Construction industries (to name a few).
Work Schedule:
Sunday-Thursday 2:00pm-11:00pm
Role & Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough visual, dimensional, and functional testing on finished products prior to shipment. Inspect the quality and acceptability of finished products by thorough examination of the component's critical features, measuring dimensions, and examining functionality with the use of the appropriate inspection tools. Inspect materials to ensure compliance with company standards and customer requirements. Accurately document inspection results, fill out compliance paperwork, and maintain detailed logs for quality tracking and traceability. Participate and contribute to continuous improvement processes. Proactively and collaboratively work in our warehouse operations environment with employees and management.
Requirements Quality Control Requirements:
Minimum two years' work experience in a manufacturing environment in a quality inspection role. Strong basic math skills and sound knowledge of measuring equipment such as micrometers and/or calipers. Ability to manage certification paperwork and accurately enter information into the company computer ERP system. Must have a "can-do attitude" and be willing to commit to the integrity and growth of Hadco Metals. Ability to work in a team in a fast-paced environment that requires fast reaction and agility. Must be at least 18 years of age.
