Job Description

Quality Control Inspector Position Overview Join a team where precision, craftsmanship, and safety are at the core of everything we do. As a Quality Control Inspector, you will play a critical role in ensuring parts and tools are fully prepared—both before and after maintenance activities—to meet the highest quality and safety standards. Your work directly supports the reliability of our manufacturing processes and the performance of our finished products. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in hands‑on work, thrives in a dynamic industrial environment, and is committed to excellence. Key Responsibilities Support cleaning, grinding, and installation of component parts—such as tubes—under the direction of the departmental lead. Assist with installation activities as assigned by the Production Supervisor or departmental lead. Maintain a clean, organized workspace through routine housekeeping tasks. Follow all departmental safety policies, including proper use of hand tools, PPE, and safety devices. Ensure readiness and quality of parts and tools before and after planned maintenance activities. Essential Skills Strong proficiency in quality control processes and inspection techniques. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents. Experience with NDT inspection methods. ASNT Certification required. Skilled in using precision measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers. AWS Certification preferred. Additional Requirements Ability to safely work in confined spaces; must not be claustrophobic. Capable of standing for 10+ hours and operating a variety of powered and manual hand tools. Ability to walk, stand, stoop, and kneel throughout the workday. Strong visual acuity and depth perception for detailed inspection tasks. Comfortable working in a heavy manufacturing environment with confined‑space exposure. Ability to lift or maneuver up to 75 lbs. unassisted using proper safety techniques. Shift:
Monday-Thursday, 4:00 PM-3:00 AM.
Shift Differential:
Additional $2/hr for evening shift. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Collinsville, OK. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
