Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Quality Assurance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and comply with all relevant regulations. This position requires a strong understanding of quality management systems, FDA regulations, and various quality assurance methodologies. The Quality Assurance Technician will be responsible for conducting inspections, performing tests, and documenting findings to uphold our commitment to excellence. Responsibilities Conduct routine inspections of products and processes to ensure compliance with quality standards. Utilize precision measuring instruments and coordinate measuring machines to assess product specifications. Collect and analyze research data related to quality control and assurance processes. Implement and maintain quality management systems in accordance with FDA regulations and HACCP guidelines. Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement in quality processes. Document inspection results, prepare reports, and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders. Assist in the development and execution of quality assurance plans and protocols. Participate in internal audits and support external audits as needed. Requirements Proven experience in QA/QC roles or related fields is preferred. Strong knowledge of quality management principles and practices. Familiarity with Calypso software for data analysis is a plus. Experience with research data collection methods related to quality assurance. Understanding of FDA regulations governing product quality standards. Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments for product evaluation. Knowledge of HACCP principles is advantageous. Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining a high level of independence.
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$16.50 - $21.00 per hour
