Job Description

Job Overview:
As Quality Inspector 1, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our trailers. You will be responsible for monitoring production processes, identifying potential quality issues, and implementing corrective actions.
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct quality checks on trailers throughout the manufacturing process, including raw materials and final products. Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and identify potential issues. Track and record quality assurance data, including key performance indicators (KPIs). Work closely with the manufacturing team to address quality issues and implement improvements. Utilize checklists, standard work, and quality standards to document inspection findings and corrective actions. Identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Other duties, as assigned
Education-Experience Required:
0-1 year of relevant experience preferred but not required. Ability to identify defects and inconsistencies. Understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control principles. Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions. Ability to communicate effectively with team members at all levels. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work in a manufacturing environment. IND123
