Muskogee, OK Shift:
4:00am - 2:30pm
Job Summary:
Currently looking to hire a 1st shift Quality Inspector in our Muskogee, OK plant. In this role, you will check product to blueprint designs, visually inspect welds, conduct decisions based on facts, and maintain a professional attitude. What you'll do: Make visual and measured inspection of products to ensure conformance with standards and determine if product meets all requirements Perform all inspection functions to the requirements of
ASNT SNT TC-1A
for UT Level II Perform visual and ultrasonic weld inspections to requirements of
AWS D1.1
Perform magnetic particle inspection using dry powder yoke method Inspect incoming materials and outgoing products Ensure all documentation is accurately and neatly completed Comply with safety regulations at all times Be professional with all personnel and possess effective communications skills Participate in the training process of Level I Inspectors What you'll need: High School diploma or equivalent Minimum of 1 year experience in Quality Control or related field Minimum of 1 year experience in the use of inspection tools and precision measuring equipment Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints Proficient in knowing weld symbols Knowledge of WPS, ,math and welding gauge use UT & MT experience is a plus NDT classroom training certificate and documented OJT hours is a plus Ability to perform work functions while standing for long periods of time Required to wear safety boots, hard hat, ear protection, and safety glasses In addition to the duties and requirements, all candidates must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
