This role is ideal for someone with a strong quality background who can effectively communicate in both English and Spanish and help ensure products meet customer and engineering specifications. The successful candidate will be hands-on in the inspection process while providing leadership and guidance to team members on quality standards and expectations.

•$27+ per hour (DOE) What You'll Be Doing Perform first article inspections and dimensional inspections on manufactured components Verify parts meet customer specifications, engineering drawings, and quality requirements Utilize precision measuring equipment including: Tape measures Calipers Micrometers Other inspection tools as required Review blueprints, drawings, and work instructions to ensure compliance Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records Identify non-conforming materials and communicate corrective actions Serve as a liaison between production and quality departments Assist with training and coaching team members on inspection procedures and quality standards Support continuous improvement initiatives and quality processes Maintain a safe and organized work environment Qualifications Fluent in both English and Spanish (required) Minimum 3 years of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment Experience performing dimensional inspections and first article inspections Proficient with measuring tools including tape measures, calipers, and micrometers Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting Ability to communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, and customers Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a lead, trainer, or quality leadership role Familiarity with quality management systems and inspection documentation Experience working with customer-specific quality requirements What We're Looking For We're looking for a quality-minded leader who can help maintain high standards while fostering communication and teamwork across the shop floor.
