Tulsa, OK Shift:
Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-4:30 PM; Saturdays, 6:00 AM-11:00
AM Pay:
$23-$28+/hour, DOE BlueWorx Staffing is looking for an experienced CMM Operator / Quality Inspector to join a precision manufacturing operation in Tulsa. This position combines hands-on quality inspection with CMM operation and programming to ensure manufactured components meet engineering and dimensional requirements.
Please Note:
The inspection team is currently working consistent overtime. Candidates must be available to work overtime as business and production needs require. What You'll Do as a CMM Operator / Quality Inspector Perform first-article, in-process, and final inspections Operate and program CMM equipment Read and interpret complex blueprints and engineering specifications Apply GD&T requirements during dimensional inspections Use precision measuring and standard inspection equipment Determine CMM program requirements based on engineering specifications Maintain and verify calibration of precision measuring equipment Document inspection results and identify nonconforming products Work with manufacturing personnel to resolve dimensional and quality issues Prioritize inspection workload to support production schedules What We're Looking for in a CMM Operator / Quality Inspector 2+ years of manufacturing inspection and blueprint-reading experience 2+ years of CMM operation and programming experience Strong knowledge of GD&T Working knowledge of Calypso software Experience with CATIA annotations Zeiss CMM experience strongly preferred Experience with standard measuring equipment and layout inspections Familiarity with AS9100 quality systems Experience with calibration systems Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work throughout a manufacturing environment Availability to work consistent overtime as required Pay is negotiable based on experience, CMM knowledge, and overall skill level. #HPTUL
