Work Arrangement:

Conduct activities and functions in quality control covering inspection, measuring and testing of incoming material and company products during its production processes and final products in accordance to the standards and specifications requirement. Perform other duties as per request within agreed job competences.
R ESPONSIBILITIES
Inspects and approves incoming materials by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, and rejecting and returning unacceptable materials. Inspects in-process production by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, communicating required adjustments to production. Approves finished products by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, returning products for re-work, and confirming re-work. Documents inspection results by completing reports, logs, and inputs data into quality database. Keeps measurement equipment operating by following operating instructions and calibration requirements. Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards, procedures and complying with company regulations. Accomplishes quality and organization mission by completing related duties as needed. Follow all safety rules, procedures, and instructions. Use PPE and safety equipment as required. Report unsafe conditions, equipment, or practices to supervisors immediately. Participate in safety training and drills. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to minimize hazards.
Q UALIFICATIONS , E DUCATION , AND E XPERIENCE
minimum 1 year in quality control Experience in a manufacturing environment.
SKILLS AND C OMPETENCIES
Good team work and exhibits positive attitude. Interpersonal and people management skills. Computer literate possess basic technical drawing interpretation skill. Able to handle inspection tools and basic measuring equipment such as caliper, micrometer and height gauge. Ability to work independently with initiative.
