Full Job Description Quality Inspector Location:
Tulsa, OK Shift:

Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-4:30 PM; Saturdays, 6:00 AM-11:00

AM Pay:

$23

•26+/hour, DOE BlueWorx Staffing is looking for an experienced Quality Inspector to join a precision manufacturing operation in Tulsa. This position is responsible for inspecting manufactured components throughout the production process and ensuring finished products meet engineering, dimensional, and quality requirements.

Please Note:

The inspection team is currently working consistent overtime. Candidates must be available to work overtime as business and production needs require. What You'll Do as a Quality Inspector Perform first-article, in-process, and final inspections Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications Use standard measuring and inspection equipment to verify product quality Determine whether manufactured components meet applicable requirements Document inspection results and identify nonconforming products Perform layout inspections as required Work with production and engineering personnel to resolve quality issues Assist with root-cause analysis and corrective actions Help establish inspection methods for new products Prioritize inspections to support production schedules and minimize delays What We're Looking for in a Quality Inspector 2+ years of inspection and blueprint-reading experience in a manufacturing environment Strong blueprint-reading and dimensional inspection skills Knowledge of GD&T Experience using standard measuring and inspection equipment Experience with AS9100 or a similar quality management system preferred Knowledge of calibration systems and gage R&R studies is a plus CMM experience is a plus but not required Strong attention to detail and ability to make sound quality decisions Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work throughout a manufacturing environment Availability to work consistent overtime when required Pay is negotiable based on experience and skill level. #HPTUL
