Job Description

Mail & Print Specialist

•Quality Control Our client operates a fast-paced office environment with extensive contact with clients and employees. They demand the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism in safeguarding client and project information. SUMMARY This position requires a fast-paced, reliable, and detail-oriented person responsible for checking print quality, stock, and coloration against standards and communicating the results to other departments in person and digitally.

WORK SCHEDULE

Monday

•Friday 3 pm

•12 am / SWING

TRAINING SCHEDULE

Monday

•Friday 9 am

•5:30 pm (2 weeks)

PAY:

$21/hr DUTIES Ensures printed documents are balanced to the corresponding volume release. Ensures post-printed specifications such as Micro line, perforations, etc, are aligned Processes data entry and quality-check mail status Comply with all company and postal service requirements Validate that the number of documents matches the print provided, and reconcile and endorse final counts for handwork Read and fully understand the work order. Inspect all work order materials against job specifications and report all problems to the supervisor/management. Maintain counts and ensure document confidentiality.

QUALITIES AND EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma or GED Knowledge of USPS regulations. Minimum of 6 months of Data Entry and Quality Control experience in a Print or Mailing industry. Ability to balance transactions. Results-driven with close attention to detail. Must be able to sit or stand on your feet all day and be able to bend, turn, twist, and lift up to 40 lbs APPLY ONLINE or EMAIL portlandwest@pridestaff.com

Compensation / Pay

Rate (Up to): $21.00 Per Hour
