{2099} Quality Control Inspector {Junction City, OR}

NW Industrial Staffing is looking for a Quality Control Inspector for manufactured parts inspection to ensure they meet company and customer standards via in-process and final inspections, utilizing drawings and tools to document defects. Key Responsibilities Check parts by conducting in-process and final inspections during and after the manufacturing process. Read and interpret parts drawings to document defects and confirm conformance. Perform QC tests to ensure conformance to drawing specifications. Report and document defects to collaborate with production staff to resolve quality issues and support continuous improvement efforts. Required Key Skills and Qualifications Previous fabrication experience, specifically understanding the "how's and whys", and/or previous QC experience. Ability to read and interpret prints from a program such as Solid Works. Experience with documentation as it relates to parts manufacturing. Attention to detail. Written and verbal communication skills. Basics of Microsoft Office Suite, intermediate experience with Word and Excel preferred. Physical Requirements and Work Environment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on occasion. Ability to sit, stand, bend, stoop, kneel, climb, and walk on uneven ground. Ability to use hands and fingers to inspect parts. Ability to hear and see with or without the use of corrective lenses. Work environment is both indoor and outdoor with moderate noise level. Eye and hearing protection provided.
