Line Cook/Prep Cook

Job Summary We are looking for passionate and reliable cooks to join our kitchen team, You'll help prepare and cook a variety of dishes across breakfast, lunch and dinner services, with a focus on our signature items like ribeye and ribs. Responsibilities Prepare ingredients, sauces and mise en place according to recipes and standards Cook menu items to order, including breakfast classics, sandwiches, entrees and more Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, portion control and food safety Set up and stock your station for efficient service Work cleanly and efficiently during peak hours while collaborating with the team Ensure all food is cooked thoroughly, properly seasoned, and presented attractively Experience Previous kitchen experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred Familiarity with dietary department procedures or dietary aide experience is a plus Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques is essential Experience with meal preparation, food industry standards, and culinary practices will be highly valued Strong knife skills and proficiency in cooking methods are important for success in this role Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude are key to thriving in our fast-paced kitchen environment

Pay:
