This entry-level position is focused on following company procedures, recording inspection data, and identifying potential non-conformances. The role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to work closely with production teams to ensure product quality. Principle Responsibilities Conduct basic visual, dimensional, and functional inspections of raw materials, components, and finished products. Maintain a positive and professional presence while representing quality assurance with production teams. Verify conformance to specifications using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Document inspection results and any defects / non-conformances detected. Ability to interpret blueprints and schematics at a basic level. Follow company procedures to perform routine quality checks. Maintain inspection records and files for traceability and compliance. Ensure that inspection equipment is calibrated and properly maintained before use. Assist with the identification of non-conforming products and initiate corrective actions under supervision. Work with production teams to identify potential areas for improvement and support quality improvement initiatives. GEN Qualification Requirements Credentials/Experience:

High School diploma or GED Strong math skills to work with fractions and decimals in the imperial and metric measurement systems

Experience/Educational/Training Preferred:

Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment is a plus, but not required

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Basic knowledge of inspection tools and measuring devices (calipers, micrometers, etc.). Strong attention to detail and ability to identify product defects. Good communication skills to document and report inspection results. Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Ability to follow instructions and company procedures.1Average skill in Microsoft Office, entering data accurately and repeatably.
