This entry-level position is focused on following company procedures, recording inspection data, and identifying potential non-conformances. The role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to work closely with production teams to ensure product quality. This position is ideal for individuals looking to begin a career in the medical device industry, with opportunities for growth into more advanced inspection and quality roles. Principle Responsibilities Conduct basic visual, dimensional, and functional inspections of raw materials, components, and finished products. Maintain a positive and professional presence while representing quality assurance with production teams. Verify conformance to specifications using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Document inspection results and any defects / non-conformances detected. Ability to interpret blueprints and schematics at a basic level. Follow company procedures to perform routine quality checks. Maintain inspection records and files for traceability and compliance. Ensure that inspection equipment is calibrated and properly maintained before use. Assist with the identification of non-conforming products and initiate corrective actions under supervision. Work with production teams to identify potential areas for improvement and support quality improvement initiatives. Participate in routine training to develop knowledge of quality systems and inspection techniques. #
