Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Electrical Laboratory Testing Technician to support our high-voltage testing operations. In this role, you'll work directly with specialized electrical testing equipment, inspect and process safety products, and help ensure strict adherence to laboratory and safety procedures. You'll work under the guidance of the Lab Manager and be an integral part of a collaborative team focused on quality, accuracy, and safety. Responsibilities Operate and maintain specialized laboratory equipment, including high-voltage sources and measuring instruments Perform high-voltage dielectric testing in accordance with established procedures Inventory, catalog, and document incoming test items Wash, clean, and prepare products for inspection Conduct visual inspections of products following dielectric testing Accurately complete test documentation and reports Follow all laboratory safety protocols when working with high-voltage equipment Assist with special projects and additional tasks as needed Skills & Qualifications Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks Organized, dependable, and safety-conscious Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team Willingness to learn and grow with a rapidly expanding company Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Ability to pass a background check and drug screening No criminal history Ability to perform light to medium lifting What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Comprehensive benefits package, including Health, dental, and vision insurance Flexible spending account Paid time off On-the-job training and opportunities for professional growth A stable, collaborative, and innovative work environment No weekends, no holidays.
