Your job as a Quality Assurance Specialist will help ensure accuracy in the products and services that we provide to help our customers, who deliver essential information to hundreds of millions of Americans nationwide. To do this, you will check overall print and binding, partner with machine operators for day-to-day inspections, help identify problems, assist in issue resolution, verify printed materials against PDF files and sample files for consistency. Also, your job will require you to communicate effectively with all levels of production and leadership, as well as and have a team-first mindset. While some of these tasks might sound completely new to you, we have great existing processes and a team ready to help you be successful in your new role.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
While prior Quality Assurance experience would be great, it is not a requirement.
The requirements are:
