How you will spend your time as our

Quality Inspector:

Perform inspections of purchased parts, subassemblies or finished company products according to defined criteria using standard physical, mechanical and/ or electrical measurements Accurately document the results of the inspections and testing Maintain all controlled document files and test records in a timely and accurate manner Monitor critical equipment and instrumentation to ensure proper operation and calibration Assist in the writing and updating inspection procedures, protocol and checklists Review blue prints, drawings, specifications, customer quality clauses and then document requirements for Inspection Test Plans Evaluate problems, make initial recommendations for possible corrective action to supervisor Work as part of an inspection team to address constraints in incoming and final QC workflow. Maintain flexibility to address needs and issues as they are identified Initiate MRB process for nonconforming product or materials Perform other duties as required. You will be successful if you have the following: High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate degree or higher desired) 3-5+ years' experience in manufacturing quality environment or 3+ years in a regulated industry or aerospace quality environment Meticulous attention to details both in documentation and reporting of results Must have good written English and verbal communication skills Good arithmetic skills are required Working knowledge of measurement instrumentation General mechanical aptitude General proficiency of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word ITAR Requirements To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, applicant must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
