Principal Responsibilities:

Responsible for the overall weight, placement and temperature tracking. Responsible for thermometer calibration. Responsible for scale calibration. Responsible for cooler and freezer logs.

Education and Experience:

Must be able to read, write, speak and comprehend English Must be able to drive or have own transportation Ability to perform basic math Ability to follow written and oral instructions in detail High School Diploma or equivalent Must be a team player Good organizational and time-management skills Ability to take directions, cooperate and work with a team Ability to work independently

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Must be able to work around moving parts & wet floors Must be able to walk/stoop/ bend/ stand for entire work shift Must be able to use fingers & hands to handle equipment Must be flexible and have the ability to react to changing priorities Must have the ability to push up to 70lbs with the use of rolling carts and lift up to 30lbs Ability to work in a 24/7 environment including weekends and holidays Ability to work in cold environment (38 degrees) for entire shift.
