Quality Control Team Member (Assembly & Kitting) Warehouse Operations | Quality Assurance | Erie, PA 5- Day Workweek | First Shift! 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM About the Role Are you experienced in warehouse operations, assembly, or quality control? Do you take pride in accuracy, attention to detail, and ensuring work is done right the first time? Hardinger Warehousing is seeking a Quality Control Team Member (Assembly & Kitting) to play a critical role at the end of our production line. This position is responsible for inspecting completed kits to ensure they meet all quality standards, specifications, and customer requirements before shipment. This is not a passive inspection role. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, collaborating with team members, and actively correcting errors to maintain high-quality output. Warehouse, assembly, manufacturing, or quality control experience is strongly preferred. Forklift experience preferred.
