Job Description
Piper Companies is seeking a Data Quality Specialist to join a leading consumer healthcare and manufacturing organization in Lititz, PA . The Quality Specialist will support site investigation and CAPA processes by monitoring quality metrics, analyzing trends, and partnering with teams to ensure compliance in a fast-paced GMP manufacturing environment. Responsibilities of the
Quality Specialist:
- Monitor investigation and CAPA processes, ensuring timelines, responsibilities, and due dates are clearly defined and achieved.
- Analyze and trend investigation and CAPA data, develop reports and dashboards, and provide metrics to Quality leadership and site stakeholders.
- Partner with Operations, Laboratory, and Quality teams to identify risks, escalate barriers, and drive timely corrective actions.
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings, track action items, and hold stakeholders accountable for investigation and CAPA commitments.
- Support quality governance activities by monitoring process effectiveness, reviewing investigation status, and providing updates to management.
- Ensure adherence to GDP, GMP, quality policies, and manufacturing environment expectations while supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications of the Quality Specialist (Investigations/CAPAs):
- Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in a STEM-related discipline.
- Some experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Operations, Manufacturing Quality, or a regulated manufacturing environment.
- Working knowledge of GDP, GMP, quality systems, investigations, CAPAs, SOPs, and non-conformance documentation.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, ETQ, or similar quality management systems.
- Critical thinking, problem-solving, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize work with a strong sense of urgency. Compensation for the Quality Specialist (Investigations/CAPAs) includes:
Pay Range:
$20-$25 per hour- Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO
