Full Job Description Now Hiring:
Intake Specialist / QA Visits Emerest Health of PA | Schuylkill County & Surrounding Areas This is not a remote position. Emerest Health of PA is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Intake Specialist to join our team and serve clients throughout Schuylkill County and the surrounding areas. This position plays a vital role in ensuring clients receive high-quality care and support from the very beginning of their service journey.
Qualifications:
This is not a remote position. Minimum of 2 years of experience in home care, healthcare, or a client-focused setting Must reside in Pennsylvania Willingness to travel throughout the assigned coverage area Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed
Responsibilities:
Conduct initial client intakes and comprehensive home assessments with clients and their families Perform quality assurance and supervisory visits in clients' homes Assess the quality of care being provided and ensure compliance with agency policies and standards Document and report findings from quality assurance and supervisory visits Collaborate with clients, families, and care teams to support positive client outcomes Your Perks for
