Job Description:
Shift /
Schedule:
Night Shift (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM)
Note:
There is a possibility of spending some time on 2nd shift depending on operational training and coverage needs.
Responsibilities:
Shift Coverage & Training:
Complete initial training to learn Leclerc's quality systems, then independently cover night shift quality operations to support upcoming employee leaves.
Quality Monitoring & Verification:
Conduct routine checks on the production floor to monitor product quality, weight, appearance, and packaging integrity.
Testing & Sampling:
Perform physicochemical analyses and collect necessary product and environmental samples.
Education:
High School Skills:
Experience:
Prior quality experience is required, ideally within a food manufacturing, packaging, or regulated processing environment.
Computer Skills:
Good computer skills are required for data entry, report logging, and utilizing quality tracking software/MS Office. Attention to
Detail:
Exceptional precision, strong analytical mindset, and meticulous attention to detail.
