DC Electromechanical Inspector

We are searching for Electromechanical Inspectors to inspect electromechanical parts and assemblies for the data center industry to assure compliance to quality requirements and standards. Inspect electromechanical parts and assemblies to assure compliance to quality requirements and standards Perform acceptance activities according to quality plans, procedures, and Perform moderately complex inspections as part of acceptance activities Defers more complex inspections to more senior inspectors Often works without guidance or oversite from more senior inspectors Record results of acceptance and inspection activities by entering data into the MES Support activities to address identification and disposition of nonconforming material Report quality problems and findings to appropriate personnel Performs measurements and visual examinations in conducting inspections and acceptance activities Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Intermediate level in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook) Intermediate level knowledge of ERP and MES systems Certification in IPC-610 and IPC-620 Ability to apply and use measuring devices including continuity tester, magnification device/microscope, eye loop, caliper, micrometer Ability to read and interpret job orders, process sheets, specifications, instructions, drawings, schematics Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal form Ability to work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments to established goals and deadlines Required Experience & Education High school diploma; Associate degree in related technical discipline preferred Minimum 3-5 years of relevant job experience Previous experience in an electromechanical and/or wiring manufacturing environment Why You'll Love Working Here Competitive pay and great benefits— including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off Be part of a company that's growing, changing, and full of new opportunities A supportive, team-focused culture where your ideas matter Meaningful work that impacts industries making a difference in the world Intervala utilizes and/or develops certain technologies which are subject to the U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR) or the U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
