Description International Cartridge Corporation is growing and is now accepting applications for ammunition inspectors. Wage based on experience. Duties include manually inspecting and packaging ammunition per the Company's quality management system procedures, as well as, any other duties that may be assigned. The position involves sorting, inspection, packaging, moving material, and general clean up duties. Applicants must have good attention to detail, ability to follow directions, and the ability to adhere to the work schedule. The position requires that applicants have the ability to lift 50 pounds and be able to stand for extended periods of time. Knowledge of ammunition is preferred, but not required. Applicants should be able to work independently or as part of a team. The dress coded is appropriate dress wear for a factory setting. No open-toed or open-heeled shoes are permitted. Employees must wear proper PPE when required. Ammunition inspectors report directly to the Inspection Supervisor to follow quality management system procedures. Upon the completion of a 60 day probationary period, employees are offered insurance benefits and a simple IRA retirement plan. Employees also earn vacation, sick, personal time, and holiday pay upon the completion of their 60 day probationary period.
