In this dynamic role, you won't just be measuring parts; you will utilize advanced precision equipment (such as CMMs), drive root-cause investigations, and champion continuous improvement for highly complex components in the aerospace and defense sector. The starting hourly rate is up to $42/hr, depending on experience, complemented by a quarterly bonus, health, and retirement benefits. All applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Southampton, Pennsylvania job type: Permanent salary: $75,000 - 87,000 per year work hours: 8am to 4pm education: Associates responsibilities: Support root cause investigations and assist in developing corrective and preventive action plansEnsure adherence to ISO, customer, and internal quality standards and documentation requirementsAssist in auditing internal processes and workstations for compliance with quality and process standardsCollaborate with Quality Engineers and cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement improvementsMaintain and calibrate inspection equipment to ensure accuracy and complianceConduct advanced inspections of components and assemblies using precision measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, CMMs, optical comparators)Collect and analyze inspection data, generate reports, and make recommendations based on findingsPerform First Article Inspections (FAI), PPAPs, and capability studies in support of new and existing product launchesParticipate in continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and 5S initiatives qualifications: Experience level: ExperiencedMinimum 2 years of experienceEducation:
