They provide a warm, knowledgeable and efficient service while creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all guests. We are seeking beer loving part-time beertenders to join our crew! Compensation includes salary and tips. Responsibilities Serving draft beer and other beverages accurately and responsibly Interacting and educating customers on our offerings Operating point-of-sale (POS) system and handling cash/credit transactions Maintaining cleanliness and organization of bar and taproom Monitor guest behavior and adhere to responsible alcohol service policies Opening and closing duties, including restocking, cleaning and setup Follow all health and safety regulations Support brewery events, special tappings, and promotions as needed Other duties as assigned by

Manager/Owners Qualifications:

Must be 21+ years of age Self-motivated & task orientated Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Keep manager informed of all problems/significant matters Ensure all financial transactions are accurate Moving/standing for long periods of time Follow alcohol awareness procedures Maintain understanding of all Leaning Cask craft beers available Dress per requirements and maintain clean, professional appearance Basic knowledge of craft beer styles (or willingness to learn) Prior bar, restaurant, or customer service experience (preferred) RAMP certified (preferred) Working evenings and weekends (required)
