Responsibilities:

Clean, degrease, and passivate machined and 3D-printed metal components using solvents, chemicals, ultrasonic cleaning, and abrasive methods. Perform contamination control activities including FOD (Foreign Object Debris) inspections, particle counts, and NVR (Non-Volatile Residue) testing in a cleanroom environment. Conduct quality inspections using visual inspection methods, UV light, microscopes, and precision scales. Maintain cleaning equipment, tanks, pumps, and DI (Deionized) water rinse systems while ensuring safety compliance. Requirements 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred. Experience with shipping, receiving, quality inspection, or manufacturing processes is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards. High school diploma or equivalent. This role is being recruited for by one of our Centralized Delivery Team and not your local Branch. Pay Details:
