We are seeking an experienced
- Quality Specialist
- to support customer sites and installation teams, ensuring quality standards are met throughout the installation process.
- Understand project requirements, including specifications, installation procedures, contracts, and industry standards.
- Conduct site quality inspections and audits to verify work is completed according to established quality standards.
- Identify, document, and help resolve installation issues and quality concerns.
- Monitor installation activities to ensure compliance with approved processes and quality requirements.
- Collaborate with project teams and contractors to drive corrective actions and issue resolution.
- Provide regular quality status updates, including progress, upcoming activities, and any project risks or obstacles.
- Lead quality kickoff meetings with contractors and installation teams.
- Communicate field issues and quality concerns to project management and key stakeholders.
- Participate in daily site meetings to stay informed of ongoing work and priorities.
- Verify that tools and equipment are properly calibrated and in good working condition.
- Support the resolution of installation deficiencies and non-conformance reports (NCRs).
- Coach and mentor site personnel on quality procedures and best practices.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing. Qualifications
- Experience working on heavy industrial construction or large-scale installation projects.
- Multi-discipline experience within engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) environments.
- Knowledge of material handling equipment and installation processes.
- Experience collaborating with engineering, quality, manufacturing, or product development teams.
- Strong project coordination, organizational, and teamwork skills.
- Proven ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to drive corrective actions and influence teams, contractors, and suppliers.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

- This is a Contract position based out of Woodland, PA.
- Pay and Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $37.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
