Take ownership of Master Equipment Lists throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring they are updated with IT/automation requirements, CQV needs, move information, and relevant details regarding auxiliary equipment. Compile the facilities equipment list from P&IDs and shop drawings onto Master Equipment Lists. Work with vendors to obtain quotes and lead times for new equipment, ensuring timely procurement. Participate in meetings coordinated by Senior Asset Management Specialists, providing valuable insights into action items. Coordinate the decontaminations, moves, and re-installations of existing equipment with precision. Work with customers to organize and lead laboratory equipment moves. Coordinate with equipment vendors and moving companies for equipment relocations, moves, and setups. Coordinate equipment alarming and/or data logging requirements between the owner, construction management, electrical contractor, and automation/IT teams, as applicable. Ensure equipment deliveries align with the project schedule to ensure Just-in-Time (JIT) delivery. Manage and coordinate the assignment of preventative maintenance, calibration, and asset tagging activities. Participate in equipment surveys/walkdowns, submitting necessary documentation, as needed. Assist in pre-occupancy walkdowns to confirm all utilities are ready for equipment installation. Effectively coordinate and execute equipment installations, including submitting Job Safety Analysis (JSAs) and on-site hyper care. Maintain a close eye on tracking equipment deliveries and upholding quality control standards throughout the process. Required Skills & Abilities Familiarity with laboratory equipment. Working knowledge of laboratory equipment functionality. Familiarity with cGMP regulations and standards preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation are required.Competencies:

BS/BA in Biology, Engineering, or a life science-related field preferred. A minimum of 5 years of move management experience.Physical Requirements:
The physical demands of this job include: Prolonged periods of sitting for laptop/computer work. Frequent (~60%) client site visits for vendor management and coordination activities. Working at the client sites 3-5 days per week.WHY YOU'LL LOVE IT HERE
