Job Locations US Category Information Technology Type Regular Full-Time Overview DecisionPoint seeks a Digital QA Analyst to perform daily quality assurance checks across multiple digital platforms supporting a large federal and DoD-aligned mission environment. This role verifies content updates, checks links and UI functionality, validates interactive tools, and follows established notification processes for service outages, degradations, or interruptions. The Digital QA Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, usability, and operational readiness of content and digital assets across customer-facing and internal platforms. This position is fully remote. Duties & Responsibilities The Digital QA Analyst will: Perform daily verification of content updates across MC&FP digital platforms. Validate links, page rendering, UI components, tools, and interactive features for accuracy and functionality. Follow established outage notification processes and escalate service interruptions promptly. Execute structured QA checklists and update trackers for recurring reviews. Collaborate with content, UX, and technical teams to resolve defects and inconsistencies. Identify accessibility issues and validate improvements where required. Assist with regression checks for platform updates, enhancements, and patch releases. Document issues clearly in ticketing systems and track corrective actions through closure. Provide regular QA status updates and contribute to quality reporting. Support governance processes by ensuring adherence to content and quality standards. Qualifications Clearance Requirement Candidate must possess a Tier 2 Moderate Risk Public Trust (from any federal agency) or an active Secret clearance or higher.
Education:
BA/BS in Information Systems, Digital Media, QA/Testing, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience (Required) Minimum 3 years of experience performing QA testing, digital quality checks, or web/app validation. Experience testing content-driven websites, UI elements, or tools. Proven ability to execute structured QA processes and document findings. Technical Knowledge (Required) Knowledge of QA methodologies, defect reporting, and regression testing. Familiarity with digital content QA, link validation tools, and UI verification methods. Understanding of accessibility principles and digital compliance requirements. Technical Knowledge (Preferred) 508/WCAG certification. Experience supporting federal or DoD digital platforms. Skills Strong attention to detail and consistency. Excellent documentation and tracking abilities. Ability to identify issues, articulate findings, and recommend solutions. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage daily QA routines.
