Work Requirements:

US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in US Key Projects / Workstreams Menu and menu asset proofing in accordance with brand standards, FDA requirements, and applicable state and local menu labeling regulations Ingredient composition audits and menu item analyses related to federal and state regulatory requirements; synthesize findings into clear, cross-functional resources Prepare samples in an on-site test kitchen environment for lab analysis Review and processing of supplier documentation and support of nutrition and allergen information for new and existing products Maintenance and coordination of nutrition and allergen information across internal and guest-facing resources

Required:

Bachelor's or Master's degree Strong organizational, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills, with demonstrated experience in data entry Effective time management skills Ability to quickly learn new systems, processes, and subject matter Self-directed with the ability to work independently Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred:
