Job Summary:

Our team focuses on supporting the commercialization process through informed decision-making and collaborative engagement across functions.

Responsibilities:

Lead the materials creation process from concept through commercialization, ensuring alignment with design and performance goals. Manage timelines and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve timely delivery of projects. Implement sustainable solutions in materials development and maintain quality standards. Mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and industry knowledge.

Required:

5+ years of experience in material development, particularly in the footwear industry. Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and deliver high-quality results. Strong collaboration skills and experience in making collective decisions. Portfolio showcasing a variety of work types and manufacturability across different materials.
