Associate MDR Specialist Location:
Hybrid (4 days onsite) We are seeking an Associate MDR Specialist to join a leading medical device manufacturer. In this role, you will support the complaint handling process for a variety of medical devices, including diagnostic products, catheters, and capsules. You'll receive comprehensive training on the end-to-end Medical Device Reporting (MDR) and complaint handling process while working closely with cross-functional quality and regulatory teams.
Responsibilities:
Review, document, and investigate customer product complaints Support complaint handling activities in compliance with FDA and company quality system requirements Analyze complaint information and assist with product investigations Maintain accurate documentation and case records Collaborate with Quality, Regulatory, and other internal teams to ensure timely complaint resolution Communicate professionally with internal stakeholders throughout the investigation process
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field required Healthcare-related experience required Complaint handling or Medical Device Reporting (MDR) experience preferred, but not required Customer service experience is a strong plus Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in Medical Device Quality, Complaint Handling, and Regulatory Affairs .
