Job Description

A financial services organization is seeking a QA ADA Analyst in Vienna, VA to support accessibility testing and quality assurance efforts across digital platforms. This hybrid role focuses on helping ensure products meet ADA, Section 508, and WCAG standards before release. About the

Hybrid Responsibilities:
Lead accessibility testing efforts across web, mobile, and digital platforms Develop and execute accessibility test strategies, plans, cases, and audit documentation Perform manual accessibility audits using Trusted Tester methodology and assistive technologies Identify accessibility defects, assess impact, and provide remediation recommendations Collaborate with Product, UX, Engineering, QA, and leadership to improve accessibility outcomes
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in accessibility testing, digital accessibility compliance, or QA with a focus on ADA and WCAG standards Experience leading accessibility testing initiatives for web, mobile, and digital platforms Experience performing ADA, Section 508, and WCAG compliance testing Trusted Tester Certification required or equivalent certification such as WAS or CPWA Experience creating accessibility test strategies, WCAG-based test cases, audit reports, and remediation guidance Strong understanding of WCAG 2.2, ARIA, ADA, Section 508, and accessibility best practices Advanced knowledge of assistive technologies including screen readers, magnifiers, keyboard navigation, and alternative input devices Experience performing cross-browser, cross-platform, and mobile accessibility testing Experience supporting functional testing and quality assurance activities Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, ARIA, and accepted accessibility design patterns Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills Ability to influence stakeholders and drive accessibility improvements across teams Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Desired Skills:
Experience leading accessibility programs within large enterprise environments Experience working in Agile or Scrum delivery environments Experience supporting financial services, government, or highly regulated organizations Experience coaching and mentoring QA, development, and UX teams on accessibility best practices Familiarity with accessibility governance, audit readiness, and compliance reporting Experience with test automation frameworks, UI/API automation, and CI/CD integration
