Job Description
Fully Remote Central Office - Las Vegas Full time R182839
Job Description:
- The Quality Assurance and Accreditation Associate, supporting Enterprise Quality and Accreditation Operations, collaborates closely with leadership and operational teams to uphold exceptional service standards.
- Schedule
- + This is a full-time position, eight (8) hours a day, five (5) days a week. This does not include working weekends unless there is a departmental need. + This is a 100% remote position. However, may be requested to attend NCO for business needs

- + Drive continuous quality improvement by identifying service gaps and recommending enhancements to workflows, processes, training, and documentation.

- Minimum Qualifications
- + Demonstrated skills and experience in a customer service role requiring a good level of understanding of operations policies, procedures, and guidelines while meeting performance standards + Demonstrated intermediate skill in spreadsheets and word processing + Demonstrated ability to balance daily tasks, mentoring, and assigned projects + Basic knowledge of data analytic tools
- Preferred Qualifications
- + Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and communication (written and oral) + Effective project and workload management skills with the ability to multitask + Creative, motivated, enthusiastic, and work well under pressure + Bachelor`s degree from an accredited university in the healthcare field
- Physical Requirements
- + Ongoing need for employee to see and read information, labels, documents, monitors, identify equipment and supplies, and be able to assess customer needs.
