Job Description

This is a remote position - candidates for this role must reside in the state of Texas (within 2 hours of an Angels of Care office).

Hourly Schedule:
Monday-Friday, daytime business hours The Quality Assurance Specialist ensures that documentation is accurate, compliant, and processed on time so field staff can focus on what they do best: providing exceptional care. In this role, you will: Review electronic nursing notes in KanTime to ensure accuracy and compliance Approve or return notes for correction as needed Verify and process paper notes, including entering visit times and scanning into KanTime Communicate directly with clinicians to discuss corrections and resolve discrepancies Mail Medication Logs for p-charts Enter late note offenses into KanTime journal notes Support field staff with electronic charting submissions Help ensure nurses are paid accurately and on time by maintaining complete, correct documentation Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Customer service, administrative, healthcare office, or other related experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication abilities Why Angels of Care In addition to our great benefits, we offer a fun and supportive culture rooted in our values of Heart, Advocacy, Love, Outreach, and Speed (HALOS).
