Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Salesforce Manual Tester with experience to ensure the quality, reliability, and compliance of Salesforce applications supporting mission-critical operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in manual testing, Salesforce validation, and familiarity with healthcare workflows and federal compliance standards. Key Responsibilities
Perform manual testing of Salesforce applications including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Health Cloud
Design and execute test cases, test plans, and test scenarios based on functional and business requirements
Validate end-to-end healthcare workflows, including patient/member data, provider interactions, and case management
Conduct functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing
Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance across systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, track, and resolve defects
Manage defects using tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or Client ALM
Support testing of integrations with federal and healthcare systems (EHR/EMR, CMS platforms, APIs)
Perform validation aligned with federal guidelines, healthcare regulations, and data privacy standards (HIPAA, FISMA)
Participate in release cycles and provide QA sign-offs Required Skills & Qualifications
3+ years of experience in manual testing, with Salesforce platform testing exposure
Hands-on experience with Salesforce objects, workflows, and validation rules
Experience in Healthcare and/or Federal (Government) projects
Knowledge of regulatory standards such as
HIPAA, CMS
guidelines, or FISMA compliance
Proficiency in test management and defect tracking tools:
JIRA / Azure DevOps / Client ALM (Quality Center)
Exposure to API testing tools like Postman or SOAP UI
Strong understanding of
SDLC/STLC
methodologies
